The room was spotless and warm and the location was fab. City view was a good bonus.

The location is fantastic - close to a tram station. All the staff members are pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast choices are superb with a relaxed atmosphere.

Great location in good area, so close to paul dave marg liverpool, sea front, winter gardens & car park and the seafront and attractions. Reasonably spacious and functional room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. 

Reasonably spacious and functional room, nice bathroom. Variety of facilities such as: a hair dryer and an iron.

Beds were a little small.

Fabulous, brilliant rooms with ironing board and value of money, stunning position.

The venue was in a very central location adjacent to the seafront and Blackpool on many occasions.

We were moved to a family room with great facilities. The location was brilliant, the breakfast was sensational and great.

The hotel has great and lovely location close to all amenities. Btw, it's set in Blackpool Centre district very close to centre of all the attractions, the shops and the tower and winter gardens.

Great breakfast with plenty of hot/cold dishes. Marvellous and brilliant location, good area. Very easy to get from Blackpool International airport, just 10 km.

It was in a great and incredible location next to shopping centre, tower, winter gardens, thanks tina and the Blackpool tower and the seafront. Also, Promenade was placed nearby.

Immaculately clean room overlooking city.

The food was brilliant, included fruit juices, cereals, and fruit. The location of this hotel near Blackpool on many occasions as well as the centre of the town was marvellous and lovely.

Pleasant, pretty friendly staff that helped us with bags. Great breakfast on a help yourself basis was a nice touch. Had a fantastic stay with lovely customer service and would book again.

had a great stay at a cozy b&b in blackpool, everything was perfect - friendly hosts, clean room with all amenities, amazing breakfast buffet, and central location. exceeded expectations!
